ARTICLE 1 – PRODUCTS - PRICE
The products offered on our website are based on stock availability (The stock availability is displayed in real-time on the site).
Should a product be unavailable after an order is made, the client will be informed via email or by telephone of the items not currently available in stock. The client will therefore have the choice to retain the rest of the order or to cancel it entirely. The reimbursement of the total sum concerned will be transferred by credit back to the account corresponding to the credit card transaction that was made no later than 30 days later.
Prices indicated on the website are in USD and do not include taxes, outside of delivery costs after which the price of delivery will be added to the total if applicable (Free shipping for US)
ARTICLE 2 – SECURE PAYMENT
Purchases can be made with the following method of payment:

    The payment of your purchases is made by credit card via authorize.net. The transaction is completely secure and encrypted by SSL technology. Your credit card number will not be communicated at any time.
ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY
Max & Moi will try its best to ensure your order is taken care of within a day
ARTICLE 4 – EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you were not satisfied with the items ordered, you may receive a full refund, minus a $10 shipping and handling fee (US only), within 14 days of receipt on unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with MAX&MOI tags still attached. Products marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN SHOP:
You can exchange or receive a refund for your order directly in our shop (1114 Madison Avenue). To do so, bring your packing slip, or print out your electronic receipt (available in “My Order” in your account) or print out your email confirmation. The shop will either refund or exchange the products you wish to return using the prices stated on your purchase. If you wish to be refunded, this one will appear on your account attached to the credit card that was used during the payment in a time span of 4 to 5 day working days. You will receive an email indicating the return has been processed. The return will also be posted in your MAX & MOI account under “My Orders & Returns.”
RETURN BY MAIL: You can ship back your return to the following location. To do so, include your packing slip, or print out your electronic receipt (available in “My Order” in your account) or print out your email confirmation. Please indicate the items you are returning and the reason for the return. Attach the pre-paid, self-adhesive return label to your securely packed and sealed package and drop it off at the nearest UPS location. To find a UPS, please visit www.ups.com or call UPS customer support at 1-800-742-5877 to schedule a pick up. Upon receiving your return, the shop will refund the products you returned using the prices stated on your purchase (discount taken into account) and minus a $10 shipping and handling fee (US only). The refund will be applied to the original form of payment. You will receive an email indicating the return has been processed. The return will also be posted in your MAX & MOI account under “My Orders & Returns.” Please allow up to 10 days for processing returns upon receipt. Should you wish to use an alternate shipping method for the return, we recommend using a trackable insured method.

GIFT ORDERS:
Gifts with a packaging slip can only be exchanged within 14 days. Products marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

The brand Max & Moi, its images and logos featured on the site are and remain the exclusive property of Max & Moi. All reproduction in its totality, or partiality, without agreement expressly given and consented by Max & Moi, is strictly forbidden in application of the articles L 335-2 et L 335-3 of the intellectual property code and constitutes forgery and a criminal offence.
ARTICLE 6 – CONFIDENTIALITY OF CUSTOMER RECORDS
Max & Moi is committed to the non-disclosure of information you communicate to us. These details are confidential. They will be used by our internal services solely to complete your order and in the event to reinforce and to personalize the communication of the product offer reserved to clients, notably via newsletters of Max & Moi.
Consequently, conforming to the information and liberty law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, to withdraw or oppose personal information concerning you. In this case, it is necessary to make a request online or via post to inform us of your surname, first name, address, and if possible your client reference.

ARTICLE 7 – APPLICABLE RIGHTS, LITIGATIONS
French law binds the presented general sales conditions and the contractual relations between Max & Moi and the client. In case of litigation, a friendly settlement will first be sought before judicial action. By default, all litigation will be enforced by the Tribunal de commerce de Paris.
ARTICLE 8 – PROMO CODES TERMS OF USE
