- We deliver to most European countries and Switzerland. You will find the list of countries below: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Kingdom Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland
- • DELIVERY COSTS?
- Available for Metropolitan France and abroad with no minimum purchase.
- • What are the deadlines?
- The order will be dispatched within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after confirmation of the order. Delivery is made within 24/72 hours after shipment.
- • ADDRESSEE ABSENT?
- In the absence of the addressee of the parcel, two delivery attempts will be made. If there is still no success, the parcel will be left at your postal contact point indicated on the notice left in your mailbox.
Your package will be held at the postal contact point for a period of 15 calendar days from the day after filing the notice of passage. At the expiration of this period, the parcel will be returned to ‘Sender’.
If the non-delivery is attributed to you the delivery address you provided was not correct, or you did not collect the package within the 15 day period), the cost of forwarding the package will be at your expense.
- • Can I change my delivery address/content delivery?

RETURN: SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED
You have 60 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind and return one or more articles. Your refund will be made within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your return in our warehouse.
Return is offered for Metropolitan France and abroad (1 return maximum per order).
1. Verify that the products you want to return are in the state as when you received them: with the identification label
2. Use the UPS printed label present in the envelope
3. UPS Pick up of your return
a. You can leave it in a UPS Access Point (UPS has many access points all around the world: Groceries, florist, etc); you have a list on the UPS website (https://www.ups.com/dropoff)
b. UPS collects your parcel: You need to schedule a collection on UPS.COM; UPS has a hotline in every country that will be able to assist you if you need it.
Your return will be delivered in our warehouse from 3 to 5 working days, and the refund will be done from 3 to 5 working days after having received your return.
As soon as the refund will be done you will receive a notification by email
You need to place a new order (for all returns we proceed to a refund, you can wait for your refund to place your new order; of you can place it even before to make sure that the product you are looking for won’t be sold out)
Be sure to observe the conditions of return.
- • HOW TO RETURN GOODS?
- You have 60 days from the date of receipt of the package to change your mind and return the goods (except during the sales period, when the period is 8 working days).
Returns can only be made using the UPS label provided.
For countries outside of France, return shipping is also free.
Articles must be returned in perfect condition (for resale), in their original packaging with labels and accessories., No worn, washed or damaged, goods will be reimbursed.
Refunds are made within a maximum of 3 and 5 working days upon receipt of your return in our warehouse, by bank credit, or on your Paypal account (if you have used this payment method)
- • What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
- Any package damaged or tampered with should be refused and notified to us. (We undertake to contact the carrier immediately.
- • DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Max & Moi is very vigilant about the quality of manufacturing. If, despite quality controls, there is a fault, please contact customer services for return to us (return shipping costs are at our expense. For France please contact us in order that we can mail you a prepaid Chronopost waybill) the defective item can be exchanged for an identical item or refunded.
