ARTICLE 1 – PRODUCTS - PRICES

The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks (Nevertheless the stock is in real time on the site). In case of unavailability of product after placing the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the items out of order. The customer will then have the choice between keeping the rest of his order or canceling it in full. Reimbursement of the amount concerned will be made by crediting the bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment within 30 days at the latest.

Photos of items for sale on the site have no contractual value and may vary slightly from the items themselves.

Prices shown on the site are in euros, all taxes included.

Shipping costs for Metropolitan France and European Union countries (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom) are free with no minimum purchase.

The delivery charge for international orders is €35 incl. VAT. This flat rate is automatically applied at the time of payment.

 

ARTICLE 2 – SECURE PAYMENT

Payment for your purchases can be made by:
  • Bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, MAESTRO)
    Payment is made by credit card using the Adyen solution. The transaction is completely secure and encrypted using SSL technology. At no time will the customer's credit card number be communicated to us.
  • Payment in 2 to 4 instalments free of charge (for France and Belgium) with ALMA

 

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY

We deliver to all member countries of the European Union as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Below is a list of these destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.


We also offer international delivery to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Canada, China, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Jersey, Kuwait, Reunion Island, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Morocco, Martinique, Montenegro, Norway, United Arab Emirates. The delivery charge for international orders is €35 including VAT. This flat rate is automatically applied at the time of payment.

Except in special cases, all items ordered are available from stock. They can be shipped separately from different warehouses.

The Max & Moi logistics team makes every effort to prepare orders and hand them over to the carrier as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays, and for orders placed before 1pm on Fridays).

ARTICLE 4 – EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Max & Moi offers the customer the possibility of returning one or more items within 30 days of receipt of the parcel. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with their original labels and accompanied by the reason for return.
After this period, items cannot be reimbursed and the sale will be firm and final.

Delivery charges are refunded if the order is returned in full.

From Metropolitan France and the European Union (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), returns are free of charge, with the exception of returns made during Archives sales (see all our conditions here).

For returns outside the Euro zone, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Max & Moi does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for shipping the package to our warehouse at the following address:

Refunds are made within 10 days of receipt of the parcel, using the same method of payment as was used for the purchase.

Items ordered from the online store cannot be exchanged online, nor can they be exchanged in store. However, items may be returned for a refund and a new order placed by the customer.

 

ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Max & Moi brand, the images and logos appearing on the site are and will remain the exclusive property of Max & Moi. Any total or partial reproduction, without the express prior consent of Max & Moi, is strictly prohibited pursuant to Articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code and constitutes an infringement and an offence.

 

ARTICLE 6 – DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

Max & Moi undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information that you communicate to it. These are confidential. They will only be used by our internal services for processing your order and possibly to reinforce and personalize communication and the product offer reserved for customers, in particular through Max & Moi newsletters.
Consequently, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you. To do this, simply send us a request online or by mail, indicating your surname, first name, address and, if possible, your customer reference:

ARTICLE 7 – APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

These general conditions of sale and the contractual relations between Max & Moi and the customer are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, any dispute settlement will fall within the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court alone.
