I. NAVIGATION

IF you know the reference number of the model, or, if the product is available for sale online you can find it using the search bar of the site.
2. Product not available
Products available for sale online are from a selection of the Max & Me collection, if you want a product that is not offered on the internet, please contact our customer service by phone at +33 (0) 9 72 39 99 59, Monday to Friday from 09h to 13H and from 14h to 18h or email eshop@maxemoi.com

II. ORDERING

Step 1: Add products to your cart

Step 2: Your cart ( Click ‘My Cart’ in the menu at the top right corner)

Step 3: Enter the coordinates
• If you are already registered: You only have to enter your email and password
• This is your first order ?:
You will have to fill in a form, the default shipping and billing addresses are the same, you can have one or more delivery address (by adding another delivery address to your account )

Step 4: Payment
The www.maxemoi.com site is 100 % secure , transactions are encrypted using SSL, if any of your bank details are stored on our site.

You will receive the order confirmation in your email by return.

DELIVERY

Max & Moi offers free shipping to mainland France ( Chronopost 24 H Chrono or relay ) for overseas shipping, costs are available for orders over 200 Euros ( 30 Euros for shipping of orders of less than 200 euros)

For each order placed before 15h from Monday to Friday, we will prepare and ship your order the same day.

All items shown on the site, are in stock. After 15h, shipment will be the next business day.

Delivery is by the Chronopost 24h service for France and abroad by Chronopost International

We are committed to a delivering within the date indicated on your order confirmation. (N.B Chronopost does not deliver on Saturdays)

• SHIPPING ABROAD?
We deliver to most European countries and Switzerland. You will find the list of countries below : ie: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark , USA, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway , Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic , Romania, Kingdom Slovakia , Slovenia, Sweden , Switzerland
• DELIVERY COSTS?
Available for France and abroad (abroad: for orders above 200 Euros, (on demand), and,30 Euros for an order of less than 200 Euros )
• What are the deadlines?
France: For each order placed before 15h, Monday to Friday, we will ship your order the same day, for delivery the next working day. Foreign deliveries are between 2 and 4 days depending on destination) If you order after 15h, your order will be shipped the next business day.
• ADDRESSEE ABSENT?
In the absence of the addressee of the parcel, two delivery attempts will be made . If there is still no success, the parcel will be left at your postal contact point indicated on the notice left in your mailbox.
Your package will be held at the postal contact point for a period of 15 calendar days from the day after filing the notice of passage. At the expiration of this period, the parcel will be returned to ‘Sender’.
If the non-delivery is attributed to you the delivery address you provided was not correct, or you did not collect the package within the 15 day period), the cost of forwarding the package will be at your expense.
• Can I change my delivery address / content delivery?
If the shipment has not yet been collected by our carrier, you can change the delivery address by sending an email to customer service or by contacting them by phone: +33 9 72 39 99 59 or email: Eshop@maxemoi.com

RETURN: SATIFIED OR REIMBURSED

You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind and return one or more articles. Your refund will be made within a maximum period of 4 days from receipt of your return.

Return is available for France (maximum one return per order) Please contact the customer service who will send you a prepaid Chronopost waybill.

Be sure to observe the conditions of return.

• HOW TO RETURN GOODS?
• You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the package to change your mind and return the goods (except during the sales period, when the period is 8 working days).
• The return can only be made by post to our logistics depot (address 14 Rue martel 75010) . , The order number should be displayed on the package. Return postage within France is at our expense (We will send you a prepaid Chronopost waybill to print)
• For countries outside of France, the return costs are at your expense (except for a defective product ) , The carrier is of your choice.
• Articles must be returned in perfect condition (for resale), in their original packaging with labels and accessories., No worn , washed or damaged, goods will be reimbursed .
• Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 4 working days after receipt of your return. Either bank or Paypal account credit (according to original payment choice)
• What should I do if my package arrives damaged ?
Any package damaged or tampered with should be refused and notified to us. (We undertake to contact the carrier immediately.
• DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Max & Moi is very vigilant about the quality of manufacturing . If, despite quality controls, there is a fault, please contact customer services for return to us (return shipping costs are at our expense. For France please contact us in order that we can mail you a prepaid Chronopost waybill) the defective item can be exchanged for an identical item or refunded.
